RJCG Consultant, Kalpana Krishnamurthy, provided a two-day team building and leadership training retreat for Morrison Child and Family Services (MCFS) on May 14-15, 2026. The first day of the retreat included a PRINT workshop focused on increasing understanding of each participant's motivational and communication styles and bringing out the best in each other as a team as well as increasing the five commitments of a team. The second day focused on enhancing leadership skills. We are grateful for MCFS having the dedication and intent to invest in their leaders and managers. #leadership #teambuilding
