Through intentional, cascading communication of the organizational Playbook of values, priorities and strategic plans, leadership teams secure feedback and buy-in across the entire organization. Values-Driven Team Culture Workshop

In this workshop, RJCG Consultants help teams increase cohesion and rally around organizational mission, values, and plans. This workshop is tailored to the specific needs of the organization and often includes:

  • Articulating professional motivations: the personal Why

  • Reviewing and/or revising organizational mission, core values, and priorities

  • Learning about and practicing “ideal team player” values

  • Learning about and practicing the 4 Rs of values-based motivation and leadership

  • Improving meetings and meeting culture

  • Adopting a leadership mindset, including differentiated leadership and servant leadership
