Rick Johnson, Ph.D.,
Licensed Psychologist, certified PRINT® coach
Founder, RJCG Consultant
Rick grew up in New Jersey and worked in the HR Department at NBC in NYC. He obtained a master’s degree in Psychological Services/Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from New Mexico State University. He was a Professor for 26 years, taught graduate courses in organizational consultation for over 20 years, and was the Chair of the Counselor Education Department at Portland State University (PSU) for nine years. His primary area of research as a Professor was Differentiation, a concept that characterizes optimal interpersonal functioning and is essential for effective organizational leaders. Rick is currently Professor Emeritus at PSU and continues to utilize the Leadership Scales he developed for executive coaching and RJCG Leadership Essentials® workshops.
Rick has been a therapist in private practice for over 35 years and a coach/consultant for over 25 years. He is Licensed as a Psychologist in Oregon and New York. As a Certified PRINT® Coach, Rick uses the PRINT® assessment with leaders and teams to improve communication and team cohesion. Rick founded RJCG to pool the collective talents of experienced coaches that he has trained in Differentiated Leadership and the integrative RJCG Consultation Model. Rick has been recognized as Top Executive Coach by Coach foundation, one of the biggest names in the coaching industry.
Polly Gravely, MS, MFT, LPC, CERTIFIED PRINT® COACH
RJCG Consultant
Polly grew up in England and came to the United States for college. She began her career as a newspaper reporter in France and Argentina before returning to the U.S. to earn a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University. Her reporting included political maneuvering in the U.S. Senate and national issues for TIME. Polly later earned a second master’s degree in Counseling, with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy, from Portland State University.
Licensed in both Oregon and Washington, she has worked as a counselor and coach for more than 14 years. As a Certified PRINT® Coach, Polly uses the assessment to help teams improve communication, cohesion, and trust. She draws on her psychological and relational skills to help individuals and groups navigate workplace dynamics and build healthy workplace cultures grounded in trust and clear communication.
Kalpana Krishnamurthy,MS, LPC, CERTIFIED PRINT® COACH
RJCG Consultant
Kalpana is a therapist, leadership coach, and non-profit organizational consultant. After a 25 year career in community-based organizing and non-profit capacity building, she started working with individuals and organizations on campaign development, executive coaching, planning, values-based strategic planning, and culture-building. In her role as a therapist, Kalpana primarily works with BIPOC individuals and relationships to support growth, change, and acceptance of all that life brings.
Kalpana has a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Portland State University. She is also a Certified PRINT® Coach. She enjoys helping teams become more cohesive and productive in alignment with a healthy organizational culture.
Joellyn Johnson, MS
RJCG Consultant, ADHD and Executive Functioning Coach
Joellyn grew up in New Jersey before moving west in 1991. She obtained a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University. Previously, she was Adjunct Faculty at Montana State University, teaching courses in educational psychology. She then worked for nine years as an ADHD/Organizational Coach at Reed College in Portland.
Joellyn specializes in coaching individuals to help them overcome the challenges associated with ADHD and executive functioning (focus/sustaining attention, time management, procrastination, etc.), leading to increased job performance and the attainment of career and job-related goals. She also provides support and education to teams and organizations with leaders/employees that have ADHD and executive functioning needs.
