Rick Johnson, Ph.D.,

Licensed Psychologist

Founder, RJCG Consultant

Rick grew up in New Jersey and worked in the HR Department at NBC in NYC. He obtained a master’s degree in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania before moving west in 1991. He then received a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from New Mexico State University. He has been a counseling Professor since 1996, has taught graduate courses in organizational consultation since 1998, and was the Chair of the Counselor Education Department at Portland State University for nine years. Rick has been a practicing therapist for over 30 years and a coach/consultant for over 20 years. He particularly enjoys executive coaching and supporting leadership teams to become behaviorally cohesive and clear about organizational values and strategic goals. Rick founded RJCG to pool the collective talents of experienced therapists that he has trained in Differentiated Self Leadership and the integrative RJCG Consultation Model.

Polly Gravely, MS, MFT, LPC

RJCG Consultant

Polly grew up in England and came to America for college. She then embarked on a career as a newspaper reporter in France and Argentina before returning to the US to obtain a master’s degree in Journalism from Columbia University. Polly reported on political maneuverings in the US Senate and covered national issues for TIME. She then obtained a second master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Portland State University. She has been a counselor/coach for nearly 10 years. Polly especially enjoys supporting middle managers and working with international companies where she can support effective communication across diverse individuals.

Benita Bellrichard Munson, MS, LPC, CRC, CADC I

RJCG Consultant

Benita grew up in Canada, but has called Portland home for the past 17 years. She had a previous career as a social worker and career counselor before obtaining a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling from Portland State University. She has been an Adjunct Faculty at PSU for over five years, teaching a variety of graduate courses, including counseling skills, career counseling, addictions counseling, systems, and group counseling. She has been a counselor/coach for nearly ten years. Benita has particular expertise with addressing difficult group dynamics and facilitating healthy communication among team members.

Rachel Raphael, MS, MFT, LPC

RJCG Consultant

Rachel grew up in Northern California, attended the University of California, Berkeley for her undergraduate degree, and embarked on a career in garden design and horticulture before moving to Portland 20 years ago. She obtained a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Portland State University. She worked at OHSU as a behavior specialist for two years and has been a counselor/coach for nearly ten years. Rachel has extensive experience with helping individuals resolve interpersonal conflict and regain trust in their teams.

Kerri Anderson-Linde, MS, LPC

RJCG Consultant

Kerri grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She obtained a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University. She has 20 years of teaching experience and is Adjunct Faculty at two universities: PSU and the University of Portland. She has over 10 years of experience as a counselor/coach. She is also a clinical supervisor for graduate students and post-master’s interns working toward licensure. Kerri particularly enjoys integrating creativity into the counseling/coaching process; being an artist is central to how she engages in the world.

Kyan Osher, MS

Kyan grew up in Oregon and moved to California to attend college at California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo. After graduating, she began a 21 year career in pharmaceutical sales. She returned to Oregon 12 years ago and completed a master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology at Pacific University, while continuing to work in corporate sales. She has over five years of experience as a counselor/coach. Kyan focuses on empowering individuals and teams to communicate effectively and to capitalize on their strengths.

Char Aubrey

RJCG Consultant

Char grew up in Ohio and moved to Portland in 1996. She has worked in advertising, sales, and client services in various industries. Most recently, she has been a Human Resources Manager for the past seven years. She is currently finishing a master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy at Portland State University. Her emphasis is on improving leadership skills, resolving interpersonal challenges among employees, and effective communication, especially for middle managers.

Joellyn Johnson, MS

RJCG Consultant, ADHD Coach

Joellyn grew up in New Jersey before moving west in 1991. She obtained a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University. Previously, she was Adjunct Faculty at Montana State University, teaching courses in educational psychology. She then worked for nine years as an ADHD/Organizational Coach at Reed College in Portland. She specializes in coaching individuals to help them overcome the challenges associated with ADHD (focus/sustaining attention, time management, procrastination, etc.), leading to increased job performance and the attainment of career and job-related goals.
